Research on Land Property Rights System Reform under the Socialist Market Economic System

Land is one of the most import factors of economic and social development. Land market is one of the basic factor markets in market economy. Together with capital markets,labor markets and commodity markets,it constitutes the basis of market economy. To build a healthy and perfect market system,we must build healthy and perfect factor markets,which is the basis of market economy system. Through thirty- year's reform and opening-up,the new China has transformed from the planned economy system to the socialist market economy system. However,the establishment and development of land market system and mechanism largely lag those of other factor markets,which has become the constraint of developing and improving the socialist market economy in our country.Therefore,we must emancipate the mind and boldly break through the traditions. We should deepen the reform of land ownership,so as to make the relations of production further adapt the development of productivity,in order to develop and improve the socialist market economy in China,to accelerate the process of modernization,and eventually to achieve the so called Chinese Dream.
