How to improve mechanism of the Chinese procuratorial supervision

There are several problems in the procuratorial supervision of internal and external mechanism: the NPC supervision is often a kind of formalism,the public supervision practically performs no function,and the institution supervision has not been set up.For these we have the following suggestions.1.While the procurator power is ensured to function independently,the NPC supervision over this power should be strengthened;2.The Public Security organs,Procuratorial organs and People's Courts should cooperate and supervise each other.The supervision over the Procuratorial organs should be particularly strengthened;3.Rights of the participants involved in criminal action should be enhanced.Especially the suspects' rights should be strengthened against the procuratorial power;4.The public supervision on the procuratorial power should be practiced in its real sense;5.The self-supervision of the Procuratorial organs should be emphasized in different ways,such as Sunshine procuratorial practice.
