Abstract
According to the significant change of Present capitalism mode of production,the paper elaborated on the new problems with Marx's theory of surplus value,try to discuss the source of surplus value,and the realization and the division of surplus value etc.On this basis,puts forward that must further deepen the understanding and Innovation of Marx's theory of surplus value.
