Abstract

Knowledge economy with specific features is closely related with libraries.In consideration of library management and its theory,first of all we should renew the concept of management and its theory.Secondly the way and means of the management should be changed in the new century.Thirdly we must change librarian's knowledge construction and pay special attention to librarian's continuous education.
