Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to screening the best ratio of dichlorvos and extract of pyrethrum,and to provide references for the control of Sinopticula sinica Yang.[Method]The toxicological effects of dichlorvos and extract of pyrethrum on S.sinica Yang were determined using sensitive layer method under laboratory conditions.[Result]The results showed that all treatments of dichlorvos combined with extract of pyrethrum had different synerghism,and the synergism was most significant when the proportion of dichlorvos to extract of pyrethrum was 1∶3,and the CTC was 307.74.[Conclusion]This study showed that it was reasonable to treat S.sinica Yang with the mixture of dichlorvos and extract of pyrethrum.
