Abstract
Ti/PbO_2-La electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition method.SEM and XRD analysis show that the injection of La could change the structure of active layer, extend the electrode life and promote the generation of hydroxyl radicals which contribute to the degradation of pollutants. While the amount of plating La3+ was 0.015 mol/L,the simulation wastewater degraded thoroughly.Single-factor tests show that better removal ratio can be achieved by increasing reaction time, current and acidity.Under the best degradation conditions: I=0.9 A,pH= 5,d=1 cm,the concentration of NB changes from 322.7 to below 0.2 mg/L after 2.5 h,while chemical oxygen demand(COD) changes from 1730 to less than 40 mg/L after 4.5 h.
