Abstract
By using the method of literature review and induction, through making study on suggestion, and combining with the character of volleyball, this paper discusses how to use suggestion to keep the optimal psychological state before and in major volleyball competition, points out that establishing a set of scientific suggestion pass circuit in volleyball training is favorable not only to improvement of training effects, but also to make athletes obtain the optimal psychological state in competition.
