Dong Biwu’s Scientific Assessment on 1911 Revolution

Abstract

As a veteran member of Tong Meng Hui having experienced 1911 Revolution,Dong Biwu actively took part in the great practice of 1911 Revolution with the belief of bourgeois democracy.After converting into firm Marxist communist,he fully and justly expounded democratic revolution led by bourgeoisie from stand of historical materialism,correctly and fully assessed great achievements of 1911 Revolution and proved the limitation of achievements and revolutionary activity of bourgeois revolutionists.
