Abstract

This paper discusses on the necessity and significance of developing the quality education in the university library, analyzes on how the university library to develop the quality education for the university students, and holds that developing the quality education in the university library is a necessary measure for cultivating the excellent talents and realizing the transformation of the talents from the knowledge-type to the ability-type in the new period.
