Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy in patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early. Methods: A total of 69 patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early were divided into rehab group (35 cases) and control group (34 cases). The patients of control group receipted routine therapy. The patients of rehab receipted routine therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy. Accumulated points of limbs of SIAS (stroke impairment assessment set) were evaluated. Results: Accumulated points of limbs of SIAS of rehab group improved more than those of control group (P0. 05) , especially the accumulated points of lower limbs improved much more (P0. 01). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy not only is feasibility, but its therapeutic effect is more than that of control patients in patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early.
