Abstract

In order to explore the effects of long-term fertilizer on the soil nutrient and enzyme activity under different fertilizer application strategies, the soil enzyme and nutrient content were analyzed in the yellow clayey. The results showed that different fertilization regimes(fertilizer, fertilizer+ cattle manure, fertilizer + straw) could significantly increase the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium by 19.5%~47.1%,20.6%~47.9%,36.7%~499.0% and 55.8%~80.0% respectively.Similarly, the soil urease, hydrogen peroxidase, invertase and phosphatase activities were increased by 10.3%~28.6% respectively. In addition, enzyme activities of soil were significantly related to soil nutrients. The results of correlation analysis showed that the activity of soil enzyme could be used as the biological index of soil fertility properties and quality.
