Abstract
A method for the determination of trifluralin,alachlor,acetochlor,butachlor and s-metolachlor in soybean was developed.The sample was extracted with methanol,and cleaned up with Flosril column.Trifluralin,alachlor,acetochlor butachlor and s-metolachlor were quantitated by GC-ECD detector.The average recoveries ranged from 74.79 % to 93.30 % and the relative standard deviations were from 2.73 % to 8.33 %.The limit of detection of trifluralin was 0.003 mg/kg,and alachlor,acetochlor,butachlor and s-metolachlor were 0.025 mg/kg respectively.
