In China schools have moral courses, specialized offices, and principals, masters, teachers, but the students have serious moral problems. can say We had done in vain. In America, schools do not have the Moral concept, but students' spiritual civilization is better than ours. can say Do nothing effective. In this article I analyzed the moral content, the management system and roots, and put forward many principles, policies and proposals. I wanted to solve the puzzles and difficult problems of the present moral education, and explore new methods.
