Abstract
Using chrome azurol S as a coloured system,the content of aluminum in silicon-aluminum residue was determined with spectrophotometry,and the effects of surfactants,pH values of solution,color reagent and their volumes on absorptions were investigated.The experiment results showed as follows:on the condition of the presence of CTMAB,the maximum absorption of aluminum was at 558 nm with CAS as a indicating color reagent in the buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH=5.0).The Beer's law was well obeyed in the range of 0~15/L for aluminum,and the linear regression eqution was Y=0.049 1ρ- 0.032 9 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6.The method had been applied to the determination of content of aluminum in silicon-aluminum residue,the relative standard deviations were 1.31%~3.35%,and the recoveries were 98.86%~101.04%.
