On Human Captial and the Economic Growth

Abstract

Economic theory and practice have proved that Human Capital is the most primary factor in modern economic growth.This paper discusses the relationship between Human Capital and economic growth,analyses the impact of educational investment in economic growth and the contribution of Human Capital in economic growth, and reveals the Function of Human Capital in economic growth according to Chinese realistic condition.
