Abstract

Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a linear programming method for evaluating relative validity which is widely used in input-output efficiency analysis and is especially suitable for performance evaluation of diverse objects with multiple inputs and outputs. However, there are some flaws associated with the traditional DEA method. For example,it can not comprehensively evaluate the decision making unit(DMU),and can not reflect the decision-maker's intentions.However,multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear DEA overcomes these flaws.Based on the theory and method of multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear DEA,this paper puts forward an extended multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear programming DEA which could be used to evaluate the quality of management, showing the superiority of this improved method.
