Abstract

From the perspective of formal institution and informal institution,this thesis analyzes the cause of power rent seeking that occurs in China's economic transformation period,and proposes some countermeasures to check it.It also expounds the relationship between formal institution and informal institution,and its enlightenment to the combat against institutional corruption
