Study on Effects of Yingshengjun Combined with Deanxit in Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the effects of yishengjun combined with deanxit in treating irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Method: 90 patients with IBS in our hospital from Jan.in 2007 to Jan.in 2008 were selected and were divided into the treatment group and the control group at random.The patients in control group received the normal treatment,and the patients in treatment group received the treatment of yishengjun combined with deanxit.Result: The scores of SAS and SDS after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).The total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group and 73.33% in control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).There were no side reactions in two groups.Conclusion: The treatment of yishengjun combined with deanxit can improve symptoms of patients with irritable bowel syndrome,and can improve the dysemotion of patients,so the effects were obvious.
