Studies on Extraction Technology for Nuanxin Capsule

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Nuanxin capsule.Methods Single factor and the orthogonal test were used.The extraction technology of Nuanxin capsule was optimized by adopting orthogonal test,with Ginsenoside Rg1 and naringin of the extract as indexes,and the concentration of alcohol,the amount of solvent,the extraction times and time of extraction were observed.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:75% alcohol at an amount of 6-fold that of solid medicinal substance was added to the medicinal substance to be extracted twice,25 min for each time.Conclusion The optimal extraction technology was stable and feasible.
