Abstract

The conservation research of plant germplasm resources has the extremely vital significance for the biology multiplicity protection and selective breeding of the new variety.The article introduced recent advances of conservation in vitro of plant germplasm resources using tissue culture technology and low temperature biological technology.The problems and the perspective of this field were also discussed.
