Abstract
By chooseing different annealing treatment cooling rate on 1Cr5Mo steel, the related microstructure change and its influence on mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that with the lower of the cooling rate, tensile strength, yield strength and brinell hardness of 1Cr5Mo steel gradually reduce, elongation increased. Cooling rate of 50 ℃ / h,the mechanical performance is relatively good. It may provide a certain reference for 1Cr5Mo heat treatment and hot working performance in practical engineering applications of basic research.
