Abstract
In order to explore the changing rule of the cholinesterase caused by nitrobenzene poisoning.Once a day,we fed mice with different doses of cholinesterase 30 days in all.The activity of cholinesterase in brain and the quantity of cholinesterase in liver were detected by alky hydroxylamine chromometry.The clinical manifestation of mice were observed during the test.The results indicated that mice show various symptomes such as slow action,obtuse reaction,hyperspasmia and abnormal emotion for example excition,saitivity and continual jump.These symptomes are increasingly obvious with the progressive degree of intoxation and time passing.The activity of cholinesterase in brain was depressed while the quantity of cholinesterase in liver increasing.We concluded that nitrobenzol is neurovirulent and it is able to inhibit the activity of cholinesterase in both liver and brain which displays evident dosage effect.
