Abstract

Drawing on foreign experience and establishing suitable administrative litigation system has become a essential demands. Combining China's current situation,drawing a systematic understanding on the establishment of administrative services in our system of litigation is very necessary. How to draw on our experience need study the western countries experience. Then,we can establish our administrative public interest litigation system correctly.
