Abstract
The construction of university culture is an important part of the construction of advanced Chinese culture, as well as an important aspect of realizing the benefits of university students and faculty. The construction of university culture is of great significance in carrying out Party's policy of education, creating good university spirit, optimizing the environment of education, improving the moral and cultural qualities of the students and faculty, and promoting the development of the universities and the progress of society.
