Abstract
Based on the characteristics of engineering geology in permafrost area and the construction quality control, the paper puts forward several key links that should be controlled and considered for the construction of bridges ,culverts and subgrade engineering during the railway construction in permafrost area on Qinghai Tibet Plateau.These have directive significance for the railway construction in permafrost area on Qinghai Tibet Plateau at the present.
