Tabulated Curve Fitting Based On Matlab Curve Fitting Toolbox

Abstract

On NC machining process,tabulated curve has such disadvantages as complex programming and low preci- sion in curve fitting.In this paper,a method by Matlab curve fitting toolbox to fit tabulated curve is given.Through fit- ting the barreled profile of automobile piston skirt,the article introduces the application method of the toolbox.The results show that the method is convenient,rapid and high precision in curve fitting.
