Progress on Ovarian Follicular Cyst in Cows

The ovarian cyst in cows causes enormous harmfulness.The hormone and disease were the main reasons resulted in ovarian follicular cyst.The palpation per rectum and ultrasonic examination are usually used for diagnoses of ovarian follicular cyst in clinic.Besides hormonotherapy,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy was effective in the treatment of the disease.In this paper,the causes,clinical symptoms,diagnostic methods and therapeutic methods were summarized.It may provide a basis for curing the ovarian follicular cyst in cows.
