Abstract

Lifelong learning is a newly born subject who has already inherited and exceeded the lifelong education under new circumstances. The change from lifelong education to lifelong learning is really qualitative leap. Lifelong learning responds to the demand of the era, transfers the barycenter of education, safeguards the effective execution of the lifelong education system and answers to the request of learning society.
