Abstract
Object: In order to understand the undergraduated medical students' ability of doctor- patient communication,build community- based environmental significance of the evaluation system of medical students' doctor- patient communication skills. Methods: Teachers used the SEGUE scale,through the structured observation method of community health service center based on the real clinical situation of medical students' doctor- patient communication skills with descriptive analysis and evaluation. Results: Of the 60 subjects,content of doctor- patient communication,only 38. 3% were qualified standard; for communication skills,there were 93. 3% qualified standard. Conclusion: Based on the community environment of medical students' doctor- patient communication skills evaluation can reflect objectively the current situation of medical students ' doctor- patient communication skills,medical colleges should take various methods to improve medical students' doctor- patient communication skills. In the process of standardization as well as general practitioner training of doctor- patient communication skills' training and evaluation to provide reference and reference.
