Abstract

This article analyzed the composition and parameters of the circular rotor in a circular rotor pump.Based on conjugating principle, the theoreticl curve equation was deduced, furthermore, the curve of the rotor in practical use was generated.Three-dimensional solid model was established using the parametrical equation of the curve, and movement simulation was conducted with software Autodesk Revit. The results show that no interference is found between the curves of the rotor, and uniform gap exists.
