Abstract
Sucralose is a chlorodeoxy derivative of sucrose.It has been found that sucralose has the sweetnest and the best physicochemical character in all of chlorodeoxy derivative of sucrose.It has very pure sweetness and physicochemical properties which both are very similar to sucrose.The foreground of study and application of sucralose is very amplitude,and the market of sucralose is also very abroad.
