Current Situation of College Counselors' Professionalization Development and Countermeasures——Based on 8 Universities in Jiangsu as the Sample

The professionalization development is the basic orientation of the construction of college counselor's team.The investigation based on 8 universities in Jiangsu province shows that the current college counselor's professionalization development presenting a positive trend.The overall quality,professionalization accomplishment and working state of college counselors' team be praised by the students,the university counselor team construction generally be paid attention.At the same time,there are still some problems and weak links existing in the ideological concept and practice of counselor professionalization development,for these,we should further strengthen and improve the construction of instructor team from the concept of renewing concept,planning and coordinating,perfecting system,hierarchical management,building platform,evaluation incentive and discipline support.
