On the Image of Window in Poetry of Song Dynasty

The image of window is one of the important images in Chinese Classical Aesthetics.This paper selects Poetry of Song Dynasty as the research subject and analyzes the image of window in terms of its feathures and its inherent human spirit,revealing a unique cultural phenomenon in Ci Poetry of Song Dynasty.The image of window in Ci Poetry of Song Dynasty evolves from that in the previous poetry.Sematicaly,it refers to home and is associated with living enviroment and family life.For the literati in Song Dynasty,enjoying the view with the window open and hearkening with the window closed are the two important ways to observe the world.
