On the Market-Oriented Reform in High Education

Market-oriented reform of high education is a kind of innovation conducted by market.Its goal results in establishing a kind of resource-distributed system that can suit with the request of market economy development,and combining with plan control and market control in high education.In recent years,there exit some phenomena that should be inefficient in market-oriented reform,different from market-oriented reform,and even anti-market-oriented reform.These phenomena have led to some problems of educational resource not being efficiently used or wasted,and unfair high education.In order to correctly guide high educational market-oriented reform,this article presents some rational proposals on renewing idea,changing high educational management system,pushing the rear service of high schools on the socialized road and holding and executing by law in high educational system.
