A research on the psychological adjustment of poor freshstudents in professional Institutes

The psychological problems of poor students from countryside are closely related to the lack of in-time adjustment of psychological conflicts when the students first came to colleges.For this reason,college teachers should have a better understanding of the various psychological conflicts which the poor students are facing and college administrators should improve the system which helps the students finish their study and offer them a suitable stage for their presentation.In this way,the students will learn how to properly evaluate themselves and how to establish a good personal relationship with other students.Therefore,they could stay far away from psychological crisis.
