Abstract
The number of environmental lawsuit is not much up to date, so it is not enough attached importance to the defect of environmental lawsuit stipulation. With the popularization of law and the number of lawsuit about environments is increasing, it is very necessary to definite and reform the stipulation about environmental lawsuit. Because the environmental law involve many different perspective, they are environmental civil lawsuit, environmental administrative lawsuit and environmental criminal lawsuit.
