Abstract

This paper analyzes the current status of China's and other questions such as the public finances existence of the vacancy and overrun,meanwhile the public nature of the problem is not significant,This paper also analyzes public finances functions in the building of a harmonious society that the financial sector should give full play of the role of public finances,improve public finance system,and enhance public financial control to provide strong financial support for the harmonious society's development.
