CURRENCY POLICY BASED ON THE PRESENT CHINESE ECONOMY

Nowadays,in China,there exist some problems during the economic operation,such as,the excessive increase of fixed asset investment;the extraordinary large construction scale;the quick increase of currency issue and credit scale;the magnified inflation pressure.From the angle of currency policy,this paper holds the point that the commodity prices stabilization and the economy development should be considered as the aim of currency policy and the currency supplies would be used as the medium norm of present Chinese currency policy.With the help of the three traditional currecncy policies,we can control the currency supplies mainly by the interest rate and the window guidance,optimize the credit construction as well as carry out the structural adjustment of enlarging domestic demand.Therefore,the scientific development conception would be set up and well implemented.
