On the Jury System of Our Country

As an important part of the judicial system of our country,the jury system is also the jury system should exist or not.This paper discusses the necessity for the existenece of China present jury system and also suggests ways of improving it by gving an introduction to the jury systems in the Law systems of among Britain,America and China. There are different characteristics between the jury system in the law systems of Britain and America and the attend system in the law systems of the continental countries are quilt similar,there are still many problems and arguement,left to solve .So,the view lacks foundation of experience and theory .At the present time of China the system plays an important role in preventing decadence in the field of judication,However it still needs improving.
