Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of CD28+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28- lymphocytes of peripheral blood in patients with SLE.Methods:CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD28、CD8+CD28+和CD8+CD28- of patients with SLE were detected by a flowcytometry,after T lymphocytes were labelled with CD3CD4CD8 and CD8CD28 antibodies.Results:CD3+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly higher than that of the control group(P005).The ratio of CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes is inverted(P001).CD3+CD8+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly higher than that of the control group(P001)and most of them are CD8+CD28-T lymphocytes (P001),while the change of CD8+CD28+ lymphocytes is not obvious(P005).CD28+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly lower than that of the control group(P005).Conclusion:There was a obvious fuction disorder of T lymphocytes in patients with SLE.CD28+、CD8+CD28+(Tc)、CD8+CD28-(Ts)T lymphocytes may play an important role in the mechanism and tissue damage of SLE.
