Abstract
In this paper, the authors expounded the concept of holistic medicine based on their experience in carrying out holistic medicine and holistic nursing, stating the agreements between them included: (1)their agreements to the same medical theory; (2) their agreements to the same service ideas; (3) their agreements to aiming at the same target; (4) both laying stressing on the application of new concept and new methods in quality management. Besides, they argued that the methods for their coordination existed in: (1) establishment of the concept of holistic medicine; (2) construction of medical nursing team; (3) instruction of holistic medicine and holistic nursing using systematic medical principles; (4) carrying out continual medicine and continual nursing.
