Abstract
AIM To determine chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside in different combination of Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus by gradient elution.METHODS The Diamonsil column was used. The acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 330 nm,gradient elution.RESULTS The contents of active ingredients in Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus with different combination were different.CONCLUSION The different combinations of Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus can affect the contents of the active ingredients.
