Abstract
With the introduction of pre-court mediation into the new Civil Procedure Law, it is imperative to put it into practice. Committed mediation can be one of the alternatives. This paper firstly defines the term of pre-court mediation, then introduces the idea of committed mediation, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the paper examines the approaches to constructing this mediation in terms of its application premises, subjects, scope, procedure, effectiveness and costs.
