Abstract

The paper attempts to study seed germination and seedling growth with the help of the role of a sense of principle as well as indoor training by means of extraction of acid test, alkaline and neutral processing tomato root exudates.Seed germinating rates and index decreased significantly after processed, and with the concentration of root exudates' solution, the degree of suppression becomes more obvious. The root of acid secretion has the largest impact, next root exudates neutral and last the basic root exudates, the germination rates were lower than control of 14.7%,11.7% and 8.3%.Compared several concentrations,50% solution of root exudates owns the most powerful suppression. The germination rates were lower than the control 19.33%.The growth of processed tomato seedlings has varied under the function of the three components, which mainly reduce the root system(lower than the control 51.9%~59.6%);and syndromes of suppression of root exudates to processed tomato leaves include lower SOD activity, increased production of MDA,and increased activity of POD,which shows that the processed tomato root exudates has the function of self-toxicity.
