Abstract
In 2011,seeing the sea in the citybecame the new popular language of internet.The storm caused waterlogging in more than 100 cities,which had great influence in the city economy and security.City rain removal and drainage system both have some problems generally.Based on the analysis of rainstorm waterlogging reason foundation,the paper proposed some corresponding countermeasures.
