Abstract
Chromium-free passivation technology for hot-dip galvanized steel sheet in silicate system was studied.The corrosion resistance of the passivation films were tested by copper sulfate dripping experiment and electrochemical workstation.Results showed that the passivation films obtained under the conditions of pH value 12.0,temperature 70 ℃ and passivation time 15 min has better corrosion resistance.
