Abstract
According to the characteristics of eradiating fluorescent of Pseudomonas fluorescens under ultraviolet light,12 suspected Pseudomonas spp.strains are isolated from soil of different plant roots. Then PCR is carried out with the primers based on the conserved sequence of gshB gene fromPseudomonas spp.,and 3strains are positive in PCR.A strain with the highest yield of glutathione is screened, and named BJYG12.According to the results of physiology and biochemistry characteristics and the 16SrDNA analysis, strain BJYG 12 is identified as Pseudomonas sp.,and belongs to Pseudomonas fluorescens group.
