Nowadays,vocational college teachers generally feel enormous pressure and occasionally at a loss when they are at work.Such a feeling results in nature from issues concerning the relationship between teaching and research.Teachers in vocational colleges are expected to combine the research work with their teaching practice.They should make efforts to seek research opportunities from the teaching practice and the platform based on RD center as well.Thus,the teachers are able to accomplish both the research work and the teaching tasks.
