Abstract
In this note we study the toxic effects of heavy metals on E. coli with the method of agar spread. Correlative analysis on concentration of heavy metals and diameter of antibacterial ring are presented. The results show that the toxic sequence of heavy metals on E. coli is Hg~(2+) Cd~(2+) Pb~(2+) Cu~(2+) Zn~(2+) and that the concentration of heavy metals and diameter of antibacterial ring is in significant positive correlation. Every heavy metal has dose-reaction relation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
