The current situation and characteristics of agricultural machinery industries in Gansu Province are described in the paper.A lot of countermeasures on speeding up agricultural machinery industry in the basis of analysis of the main problemes and opportunities in Gansu Province are presented.The author presents some ideas concerning its rapid development for managing personnel and investors.
